I recommend you that you buy the manga / anime and support the mangaka and publishers no matter where you are, if in your country nobody is selling them I recommend you that you contact the publishers of books and comics or buy them in on-line shops such as Amazon or YesAsia though I suggest that you first inform by publishers itself regarding if they can arrange the product, the cost and any other details.
